Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

All photographs, images, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Amie Lucas Photography and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Copyright remains with the photographer. When you purchase a print or a digital file, you are buying a physical product or a limited digital license, not the copyright to the image. All copyrights and moral rights to the photographs remain with Amie Lucas Photography.

2. permitted use of photographs

If you purchase a physical print, you may display it for personal, non-commerical purposes. You may not reproduce, scan, copy, or distribute the print.

If you purchase a digital file, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. This includes the right to download the image and use it for personal display on your devices or for making personal prints.

3. online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in the immediate termination of your Services.

  • Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparge, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

  • Collect or track the personal information of others

  • Spam, phish, pharm, pretex, spider, crawl, or scrape

5. general conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address provided at the time of the order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibity orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks, and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

6. products and sales

We make every effort to display the colors of our prints accurately on our website. However, due to variations in monitor calibration, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your screen will perfectly match the final print.

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.
